Complete Application Form
Parents or guardians are required to complete an application form via Empower 4 – Students Management System. This form collects basic information about the child and family, including contact details, educational background, and any special considerations and a parent will have to pay the application fee after submitting the form (means of payment mixx by yas).

Submission of Documents
Along with the admission form, parents will need to submit supporting documents such as the child’s birth certificate, immunization records, proof of residence, and sometimes medical history forms.

Parental Interview or Meeting
An interview or meeting with parents will be scheduled to discuss child’s needs, developmentalmilestones, and the family’s expectations for their child’s education. This interaction allows parentsto learn more about the school and its programs while giving the school an opportunity to assess the family’s fit with the school’s philosophy. Admission Test or Evaluation
This is conducted to evaluate a child’s readiness for their program. These tests assess basic skills or developmental milestones appropriate for the child’s age group.

Open Houses or Information Sessions
We host open houses or information sessions where parents can meet teachers and staff, and learn more about school’s curriculum, philosophy, and approach to early childhood education.

Notification of Admission
After reviewing applications and conducting assessments, parent will be notified of admission decisions. This notification includes details such as enrollment dates, tuition fees, and any additional documents or forms required to complete the enrollment process.

Enrollment Confirmation
Upon acceptance, parents will be required to confirm their child’s enrollment by filling and submit admission form and paying any necessary fees or deposits to secure their child’s place in our school.

Orientation
Our Academic team will organize orientation sessions for new students and parents. These sessions will familiarize families with school policies, daily routines, and introduce them to key staff members.
